IMPORTANT: For those employees who wish to enroll, continue or make changes
to your Medical Reimbursement or Dependent Day Care Account for the next plan year, you must meet with your American Fidelity Representative.

Open Enrollment
- The open enrollment period is from September 11, 2017 through October 6, 2017.
- If you make changes to your plans those changes become effective January 1, 2018.
- CalPERS deadline requires all medical changes to be submitted by October 6, 2017.
- If you do not make any changes, your current coverage will continue as is.
