ENROLLMENT STEPS & INFORMATION


1.  Find your school:  CLICK HERE TO DETERMINE YOUR HOME SCHOOL 


2.  Complete your AERIES online registration: CLICK HERE TO BEGIN 

             ONLINE REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETE TO SCHEDULE YOUR ENROLLMENT APPOINTMENT.

3.  Schedule your appointment:  CLICK HERE TO SCHEDULE 

          (completed via email, NO video meeting or phone call)


Once you complete the online registration and make an appointment your enrollment specialist will email you with instructions on how to complete the process.

       REQUIRED DOCUMENTS          FOR ENROLLMENT

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT

Proof of Alameda Residency (all 3 required)


1.  Property deed, current property tax bill or mortgage         statement or current rental agreement

 

2.  Most recent utility bill (AMP, ACI, PG&E only)
IF UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT SUPPLY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WITH CURRENT ADDRESS
  • W-2 
  • Pay stub 
  • Public assistance documents
  • Vehicle Registration
3.  Current Driver's License

 

STUDENT DOCUMENTS


4.  Proof of immunizations
5.  Birth Certificate, Passport or Batismal certificate

 

6.  Transcripts or grades if available
